How much is the shipping cost?

Niksang Arts a marketing name by Nikhil trading Corporation ships all your products to your door step on to pay basis for all bulk orders. For individual orders we charge a based on weight of the product.

How long does the shipping take?

All the individual ready products will be shipped within 48hrs from the time of order. The shipping time will depend on the distance and courier service.

How do I track my order?

Post order, we will email you an order confirmation. Once the order is shipped, we will email and SMS you the courier details. Please reach out to us through Contact Us page for any questions regarding the shipping and delivery timelines.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. As all products are custom made, no cancellation once production has started.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied, we will replace/refund  the product if the clients complain is genuine.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
